- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other User accounts, platform systems, or data through any means.
- Using the platform for unsolicited advertising, spamming, or distributing malware.
- Misrepresenting your professional identity, capabilities, or affiliation with Project Business or any other entity.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, or interferes with the performance of the platform for other Users.
You retain ownership of the intellectual property for the content you submit, but by posting it on Project Business, you grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, store, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the platform. You are solely responsible for backing up any data you consider critical. We are not a party to the contracts or projects you engage in through connections made here; your professional liability and client relationships remain your own, and you agree to hold Project Business harmless from disputes arising from your external engagements.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Project Business regarding platform use.
